El expediente t\u00e9cnico reporta avance f\u00edsico y financiero del 100 %.<\/p>\n<h2>ESTATUS DE VERIFICACI\u00d3N<\/h2>\n<p>NO LOCALIZADA \/ INEXISTENTE<\/p>\n<h2>OBSERVACIONES<\/h2>\n<p>Durante la visita no fue posible localizar o identificar la calle Cumbres de Maravilla en la colonia Altos de Sina\u00ed. Vecinos consultados no reconocieron la vialidad con ese nombre; se localiz\u00f3 una calle denominada \u201cMaravilla\u201d, pero se\u00f1alaron que habr\u00eda sido construida aproximadamente entre 2015 y 2018. Se solicit\u00f3 al residente de obra una ubicaci\u00f3n precisa y no se recibi\u00f3 posteriormente. Por ello no fue posible realizar la verificaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica.
