El reporte t\u00e9cnico documenta extracci\u00f3n de material y suministros para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del pozo, con estimaci\u00f3n \u00fanica y finiquito al 100 % de avance f\u00edsico y financiero.<\/p>\n<h2>ESTATUS DE VERIFICACI\u00d3N<\/h2>\n<p>DOCUMENTALMENTE CONCLUIDA \u2014 SIN ESTATUS DE VERIFICACI\u00d3N DE CAMPO REGISTRADO<\/p>\n<h2>OBSERVACIONES<\/h2>\n<p>Existe una incidencia posterior a la ejecuci\u00f3n de 2023: el documento de incidencia se\u00f1ala que el equipamiento instalado en el c\u00e1rcamo de bombeo fue afectado por los huracanes Otis (2023) y John (2024), alcanzado por el agua de lluvia o la corriente del r\u00edo, y posteriormente sustituido. Por esta raz\u00f3n no se realiz\u00f3 testimonial del equipamiento original. La carpeta de testimonial se encuentra vac\u00eda. Esta incidencia posterior no modifica por s\u00ed sola el cierre documental reportado para la obra de 2023.
