La incidencia documental se\u00f1ala que, despu\u00e9s de la ejecuci\u00f3n de 2023, el equipo fue afectado por los huracanes Otis y John, alcanzado por agua de lluvia o corriente del r\u00edo, da\u00f1ado y posteriormente sustituido. Esta afectaci\u00f3n posterior no modifica por s\u00ed sola el cierre contractual de 2023.
