La incidencia documental se\u00f1ala que el equipamiento fue afectado posteriormente por los huracanes Otis y John, que los equipos ya no est\u00e1n en funcionamiento y que el c\u00e1rcamo contin\u00faa azolvado y la bomba no funciona. Esta condici\u00f3n posterior se mantiene separada del cierre contractual reportado para 2023.
